■  Anti-Icing system

When operating a vessel in the Arctic Ocean, the ambient temperature is kept below zero (0 to -50°C), so rain, frost, fog and sea water (caused by waves) freeze the eliminate surface. 

To solve this freezing problem, Sungshin Industrial Co., Ltd. designed a heat tracing system (Anti-Icing) in the intake system (deck house, engine room) of the ship. 

SUNGSIN's heat tracing system (Anti-Icing) is specially designed and designed to directly install the heat transfer cable to the eliminator (profile) of the water separator louver, and it also makes installation easier. Sungshin Industrial's heat tracing system (Anti-Icing) will be continuously improved and developed by the R&D department.
